I'm a junior at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT who's passionate about design. My greatest interests lie in UI/UX, product, and human-centered design for social change.
Last semester, I spent three months abroad studying product design at the Glasgow School of Art. Now, I'm back at Wesleyan, and am currently studying the psychology of addictive softwares, the future of artificial intelligence, and how to build educational STEM games for children.
ABOUT MY MAJOR
I've had the unique opportunity to design my own major, and have chosen to create a holistic program in Interaction Design. My goal is to understand how people interact with technology and how to implement that knowledge into designing interfaces and products. I'm also studying the widespread impact of technology on our society.
My courses break down into three categories: Aesthetic Design (studio art, design theory); Technology (computer science, engineering); and the Human Experience (sociology, anthropology, psychology).
